Dashboard

The WICE Dashboard delivers a personalized workspace with your individual view on the whole system. Including all your upcoming appointments, charts, individual WICE-Views, tickets , hold files and project tasks. Hold files or project tasks have been assigned to you through the usage of the integrated workflow engine via the Contact- and Projectmanagment. This results in optimal planning of your time and tasks. Everything is under your control. Always.

Adress management

A single customer database for a systematic and continuous management improving the customer loyalty and to gain new customers. All addresses can be categorized and segmented using four independent groups of filters. An unlimited amount of contact persons can be assigned to each address. The visualization of address relations also helps to easily display company structures.

Ticket management

The unique ticket management allows it to carry out all the tasks within the Sales, Marketing and Service branch of your company. All necessary steps are organized and archived in one digital customer folder - together with all documents, emails and offers etc. that you or others have created or received in the relevant ticket. Through the usage of the ticket hold files you or other employees receive the latest information if the responsibilities for a ticket changes or the customer or potential buyer needs more help or support. You and all your colleagues are always up to date about the latest actions taken or what still needs to be done to keep the customer satisfied. All the added information of the tickets can of course be comfortably categorized, searched and used for evaluations.

xRM

Exlore the relationship networks of your customers with multiple forms of relations, categories and address types. The idea or CRM is to focus on the customer. This is often named xRM. xRM is no extension or follow up to CRM but a natural part part of good CRM Systems. xRM was always integrated in WICE CRM.

Workflow-Generator

WICE offers an integrated Workflow engine to set up standards in handling and automating processes towards your needs. Within a ticket employees can select the predefined single workflow steps. Thus WICE optimizes your processes and makes them easier to control and helps to analyze any problems. Your company will be more flexible and getting ready for the next level of performance.

Marketing Campaigns

WICE CRM offers integrated features for target group-defined campaigns via Email or serial letters. Your employees can easily keep track of the campaigns through the automated employee-assignment, notice- or process follow up. This optimized process enables the employees in your sales department to transfer these leads into new customers. Combining this with the features of the WICE workflow engine makes this task very intuitive. Within this counter flow principle the marketing snd sales people join forces to successfully reach the targeted aims of the campaign. While the sales department adds their feedback on the lead quality and the marketing focuses on the realizations of the campaign strategy. The integrated statistics features of WICE deliver the necessary numbers to check on the performance review.

Visiting reports

With this feature WICE offers a powerful and totally integrated tool to manage all your visiting reports. Enter directly every vital information right after a visit or customer meeting took place and optionally add a hold file in the linked ticket to remind you or others of any further to do`s. All created visiting reports can in addition be evaluated in the Chart & Report Manager Plugin.

Order management

Creating orders, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices etc. - right from the start WICE offers an integrated order management by estimating a sales lead following the creation of offers, and finally invoicing the sold articles or services - everything within one system offering also a direct mailing feature for your documents.

Enterprise Resource Planning

Manage your articles with WICE CRM to create offers, invoices or price lists. If your offer has been accepted and the invoice has been sent you can also keep track of all open items and the payments received. All these reports can be created based on the data for customers, articles or employees

Project management

Project management with WICE CRM simplifies the controlling of complex projects for all participants. Tasks can be easily assigned and linked with each other. The project supervisor can at one glance keep track of the status and the planned and consumed time per task and he is automatically notified about new tasks feedback given by the people working on them.

Collaboration

WICE tears down the barriers between your company's departments and connects offices at all locations. Accessing one central database in real time allows an effective teamwork in all the different processes. All project tasks, notes, appointments and hold files can be be assigned and allocated by mouse click. Employees are thus always up to date about the status of all tickets and projects. This raises the productivity and guarantees an optimal sequence of operations.

Appointments

Your day starts with a quick glance on you appointments - WICE CRM provides you with an overview of all your appointments right on your dashboard and of course furthermore in the calendar module with it`s extensive options. These can be printed out to take them with you in your filofax or you can access them with the mobile WICE CRM client directly on you smartphone where you can also edit them and add new appointments. Notifications about new appointments will be sent via email or SMA - also invitations to groups of employees are possible. To know when you have to be at the right place at the right time is no problem with WICE CRM!

Communications

WICE CRM combines emails, forums, chat and messaging. Communication via email seems to be fast and easy but often results in chaos. Often other forms of communication are more effective. Therefore WICE CRM integrates different forms of communication: emails can be sent, received and assigned to customers via the integrated WICE mail client or with the Thunderbird or Apple mail connectors. The usage of forums supports the communication inside the management of projects. Chat and messaging features finally make the ad hoc communication over department and/or local boundaries easier and keep dispensable informations out of your mailbox.
